John Travers ran his second ever sub four minute mile (his first indoors) in the Men’s Mile Invitational Final at the New Balance Games last week at the Amoury Track in New York last weekend. This performance augurs well for the Deloitte Mile event at the AIT International Grand Prix on Wednesday the 18th of February where Travers, Ciaran O’Lionaird, Eoin Everard, John Coghlan, Conor Bradley, Danny Mooney, Joe Warne, Ben Blankenship and James O’Hare will hoping to be the first man to run the Mile under four minutes indoor in Ireland.
