Double Gold for Louise Holmes in Leinster U-23s

Louise Holmes Leinster U-23 Champion 200m & 400m

AIT Athletics Scholarship student Louise Holmes recently claimed double gold at the Leinster U-23 Championship in Tullamore. She was fastest in both the 200m and 400m on the day. Both her winning times were PBs, Louise ran 24.80 in the 200m and 53.34 in the 400m. These are impressive times for an athlete who has only recently overcome some injuries that hampered her intervarsity season.
